The terms behind the trade.
BLACKPOOL is independent software, not a Robinhood product, broker, exchange membership, investment adviser, or guarantee of liquidity. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood, 0x, Uniswap, or LI.FI.
Trading and custody
You retain control of your wallet. Never enter your main wallet’s seed into the trading app. The isolated BLACKPOOL Privacy wallet generates and stores its own encrypted recovery material; keep its backup offline. Transactions, approvals and signatures can carry financial consequences. Review the network, token addresses, spender, amount, minimum output, fees and expiry in your wallet. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.
Quotes expire and can fail; simulations cannot guarantee execution. Gas can be charged for failed transactions. Bridge completion requires destination delivery, not merely a successful source receipt. Use the provider’s recovery flow for delayed or failed transfers.
Privacy and public visibility
Public liquidity execution is publicly observable onchain. Wallet addresses, token movements and settlement events may be linked. A confidential offchain order service would hide orders from other users, but its operator can read them. Encryption at rest does not make that service zero knowledge.
The embedded BLACKPOOL Privacy wallet uses RAILGUN for supported shielded balances, transfers and DeFi interactions on Ethereum and Arbitrum. Its public deposits, withdrawals and DeFi swap legs remain observable. It provides no anonymity guarantee. BLACKPOOL has not tested funded settlement. Mainnet midpoint crossing and live sealed auctions are unavailable. CoW provides separate public batch auctions and Safe-based automated TWAP; those are not sealed auctions or ZK settlement. The wallet is an independently hosted AGPL fork of Railway; it has separate recovery, public RPC, proof-of-innocence and broadcaster dependencies. Robinhood assets are not automatically shielded. Kyber limit orders, including counterparty-restricted orders, are executable public authorizations shared with the provider. They support partial fills and remain executable until expiry or confirmed onchain cancellation; operator and filler availability are required.
Stock tokens and restricted access
Robinhood Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities providing economic exposure. They do not grant legal or beneficial ownership of underlying shares. BLACKPOOL offers native public stock-token swaps through LI.FI, subject to signed sessions, deployment geolocation, residence and investor declarations, registry status, halt checks and available liquidity. These controls are not verified identity or legal clearance.
Robinhood’s disclosures prohibit offers or delivery in the United States or to U.S. persons and identify restrictions in other jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Canada and Switzerland. This is not an exhaustive eligibility list. Consult the issuer’s current prospectus and final terms and official stock-token documentation. A wallet connection or self-declared location never establishes eligibility.
Data and sessions
Loading the CoW embed contacts that provider, which handles its own wallet connection and order authorization. The embedded privacy wallet runs on a separate BLACKPOOL origin and stores encrypted keys in that origin’s browser storage. Its public RPC, proof and broadcaster services receive requests required to operate. Clearing storage without a recovery backup can lose wallet access. Public providers receive network requests necessary for quotes and chain reads. Quote requests include your wallet address, tokens, amounts and route. Vercel and RPC/API providers may log technical metadata. Browser storage holds your preferences, watchlist and submitted transaction references; clearing browser data removes them.
Optional signed sessions require configured PostgreSQL. Nonces are single-use, sessions expire after 12 hours and use HttpOnly cookies, and stored preferences are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The operator controls the encryption key. There is no advertising tracker or sale of order data implemented.
Execution and operational risk
This release is experimental software. The included settlement research contract is unaudited and restricted to local or Robinhood testnet use. It is not deployed or presented as safe for real-value production.
Prices and holdings can be stale or incomplete. Cost basis, realized P&L, verified private volume and complete wallet indexing are not available. Empty or unavailable figures are intentional. Public RPCs and APIs are rate limited; uptime and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
